Customized Software Support Plan
We provide annual support plan at 20% of purchase price to the customized software solution. Customers who purchase a support plan receive phone and email support, plus 10 hours of software customization for additional software modules. Thereafter, customization or integration fee is charged at US$125.00 per hour. Customers without support plan can acquire our services on a per hour basis at a rate of US$125.00 per hour.
SIMMS Support Plan (from KCSI, Canada)
For a mere 20% of the purchase price (excluding hardware) you get Telephone,
e-mail support, free upgrades and our Silver Support Plan for the first year of your purchase. After the first year you can renew at the same rate or phone and e-mail support are available on a per hour basis at a rate of $125.00 USD per hour (unless you renew your desired support contract).
SIMMS Training (from KCSI, Canada)
KCSI and our SIMMS Authorized Resellers offer a wide range of options. KCSI offer
on site, online training and implementation expertise. Our people know what they
are doing. SIMMS is an extremely powerful business tool with a lot of options.
Some features are irrelevant to some industries, while being critical to others.
We understand that different companies require different levels of training.
Some companies may have experienced bookkeepers and in-house accountants on
staff but may lack a strong MIS staff. Others may have an experienced Network
Administration department but may be weak in accounting principles. Some
